Prescriptions

Please fill out the form below. Your prescription will be sent via email to your pharmacy.

Please allow up to 72 working hours for prescription requests to be processed. In case of emergencies, your pharmacy may provide a temporary supply.

Repeat Prescriptions cost €20 for non-GMS card holders. You will receive an email with a receipt of payment if applicable.

We do not print prescriptions. 6 monthly medication review with your GP is required for ongoing prescriptions.
